OUR STORY
DiverseCity Realty was founded by 2016 by Brandi (Downey) Wade based on her passion for real estate and love for the City of Houston. Brandi, a Houston native, named DiverseCity Realty after Houston’s best trait…It’s DIVERSITY. Brandi created DiverseCity Realty to be a home for a diverse group of
agents who are proud and prepared to serve Houston’s diverse population and diverse neighborhood.
Over the years, DiverseCity has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals…from young families purchasing a first home to seasoned investors selling off their portfolio of properties. We are most proud of the number of return clients and referrals from past clients. That let’s us know we are doing something right!
